InvestIN

InvestIN is a London-based organisation, part of the Dukes Education family, that gives students career experience programmes from an early age. Since 2012 its programmes have helped young people aged 12–18 discover their passions and potential.

The programmes let young people explore the careers they dream of with some of the most experienced people in each field. This hands-on experience gives them what they need to make informed career choices and reach their full potential. For ages 15–18 there are one- or two-week Summer Experiences in July and August and one-day Insight Days on Sundays in November and March, across 15 careers such as medicine, law, investment banking and engineering; for ages 12–14 there is the two-week Career Discovery programme at Dulwich College, run with Summer Boarding Courses.

Programmes are based on the UCL campus in London, and Summer Experience students can stay in single en-suite rooms in University of London halls. Every student receives a personalised certificate; two-week students also receive an industry reference letter and can have their work assessed for the Level 3 Award in Work Experience & Career Planning, worth 8 UCAS points. Most programmes require at least B2 (CEFR) English; Career Discovery also has an English-focused option for B1 students.

InvestIN is accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) as a short course provider. Since 2012 more than 70,000 students from over 100 countries have taken part in its programmes, and InvestIN reports a rating of 4.8/5 from more than 1,500 Trustpilot reviews.
