Ask for your account as your institution’s representative here. Once the organising team approves it, your sign-in details come by email.

On the day, with your account you

• Scan the QR code on each student’s invitation with your phone’s camera (or type its 8-character code) and see their name, email, phone, school and the level they are interested in.
• Phone and laptop together: sign in with the same account on both. The moment you scan a student’s QR code with your phone, their details appear on your laptop screen, so you can type your note comfortably on the keyboard.
• Add a note and a 1–5 rating while you talk; it saves as you type and waits on the phone if the connection drops.
• Share your list with colleagues by email and download everything as an Excel file.
• For 15 days after the event (until 22 November), answer questions from the students you met.

After you send it

1. 1Your request reaches the organising team, and you get a confirmation email.
2. 2The team checks it and links your account to your institution.
3. 3A one-time password comes by email; you choose your own when you first sign in.
